SHINE 2026 — Terms and Conditions

Alchemy of Desire: Choose. Embody. Lead.

SHINE 2026 is a sovereign gathering embodying clarity, integrity, and mutual responsibility.

1. Scope

SHINE 2026 is a year-long mentoring container held April 1, 2026 through March 1, 2027.

The container includes:

• Three pre-immersion online group sessions

• In-person immersion April 22–26, 2026 at The Crooked Mile, Bellville, Texas

• Ten online group gatherings following the immersion

Optional add-on pathways are offered in connection with SHINE 2026. Add-ons are separate investments and are not included in core enrollment unless explicitly stated.

Enrollment confirms agreement with these Terms.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment is open March 2–March 10, 2026.

Enrollment is secured upon receipt of payment in full or the first required payment under an approved payment plan.

Placement within SHINE 2026 is determined by alignment and container capacity.

Untethered Life approves enrollment and may recommend an alternative offering when appropriate.

3. Investment

Investment options are presented at enrollment.

Optional add-on investments are presented separately and follow the same payment structure and finality outlined in these Terms.

Payment plan structure and timing are outlined at enrollment and form part of this agreement.

Access to the container is maintained through fulfillment of agreed payment obligations.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Participation

SHINE 2026 is a year-long container. Investment secures placement within the container.

If an emergency prevents in-person immersion attendance, online participation is provided. Immersion experiences may vary by format.

Responsibility for participation in SHINE 2026 belongs to each enrollee.

5. Program Adjustments

Untethered Life may adjust dates, location, facilitators, or delivery format as required. The integrity of the container remains intact.

6. Conduct

Participants:

• Engage respectfully

• Maintain confidentiality

• Own responsibility for personal well-being

Participation reflects maturity and leadership.

Untethered Life determines continued eligibility for participation.

7. Liability

Participation is voluntary.

Each participant assumes responsibility for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Untethered Life, Heather Harbaugh, The Crooked Mile, and associated venues are released from liability related to participation.

Participants arrange personal travel and insurance for the immersion and necessary tools for online participation.

8. Confidentiality

SHINE 2026 operates as a confidential container.

Personal disclosures, business information, emotional processing, and shared experiences remain private.

Participants share their own experience.
They steward the privacy of others.

Confidentiality continues beyond the program year.

9. Intellectual Property

All teachings, materials, recordings, frameworks, language, and structures are the intellectual property of Untethered Life and Heather Harbaugh.

Materials are provided for personal use.

Reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or teaching of SHINE materials requires written permission.

10. Alumni Leadership

Alumni investment reflects demonstrated commitment and active leadership participation.

Alumni engage as contributors within the container.
They model integrity, maturity, and aligned participation.

Alumni status is extended year by year.

Leadership participation does not constitute employment or compensation.

Untethered Life determines continued eligibility for alumni investment status.

11. Privacy

Personal information is used for communication and program administration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
