Day 7 - my sacred life

I had intense, deep feeling all throughout yesterday.

My awareness is increasing with greater innerstanding of my new choices after recognizing an ancient pattern coming up for transformation.

I feel fear of the changes required while remembering it’s my faith and courage rising to support me.

And it’s ok if it’s messy and brand new.

One of the benefits of a healthy vagus nerve is dream recall with the capacity to receive the support and insights supporting my transformation.

I had a vivid, gory dream last night.
