Day 10 - I think it's working
If you've been following along on my daily log, you may remember on day 2 my "will this work for me?" thought.
So far, what I have focused on sharing are my more intimate, inner shifts and changes.
Today, I share my side by side pictures - I see a difference, do you?
AND here is my report on what I notice improving in my physical body.
Since starting ceramics 3 years ago, I have been standing on concrete floors for hours at a time, immersed in my clay play and often not remembering to sit down much. With that, I have noticed more stiffness and pain in my feet, especially after sitting for long periods and just after getting up in the morning. AND NOW!!!! OH MY GOODNESS! The last couple of days I definitely feel so much more ease in my feet upon waking and walking to the bathroom. I have also noticed my feet feeling more ease in the studio! YAY!
Over the last couple of years, I have noticed it more challenging to start walking immediately after standing from having been sitting for awhile or after driving. This is tied to my right knee and my ongoing miracles unfolding in its health (story for another day). It had gotten to where I would stand and then wait a few seconds before starting to walk...AND NOW!!!!! I move with much more ease immediately after standing.
I strained a muscle in my forearm and it has been slow to return to full ease. Gripping and lifting anything over 5 pounds was painful. Some of my weight training at the gym caused it to get inflamed, so I kept taking one step forward and two steps back. AND NOW!!! I have 90% ease and strength restored in my forearm.
My sleep quality for most of my 54 years on the planet has been intermittent due to Restless Limb Sydrome, difficulty falling asleep, and waking multiple times a night. Thankfully I function pretty well even with my interrupted sleep patterns. AND NOW!!! Overall I have noticed I fall asleep with more ease and sleep more deeply.
My dream recall has improved dramatically! I love remembering my dreams, especially since my time in Lauren's dream group, because they carry such potent messages for my life. I even am excited to remember my "nightmares" because of how powerful their messages are. In fact, I had one a few nights ago that continues to speak volumes to me in what is going on right now in my life.
And I continue to get upgrades in my emotional/spiritual life - feeling deeply and deeply feeling - and reclaiming my victory in all areas of my life!
