Meet Heather
Helping leaders shine and confidently share their gifts with their world has been Heather’s passion for over a decade.
As long as she can remember, Heather has had a natural desire to lead and share her gifts with her world. But because she often took on the thoughts, opinions, and judgements of others about how her life should look, she found herself saying yes to things that left her feeling tired, ashamed, insecure, alone, and stuck.
She tried to fit in with the version of “leader” her world wanted, but this meant only being a small portion of her true self, hiding what she thought others would judge or deem inappropriate.
This led to burn out, feeling stuck, and a severe case of anxiety and overwhelm.
Until one day, she realized hiding her light was taking so much energy, giving her power away to others, and depleting her God-breathed life.
In that moment, she made her new choice: I shine ME! I shine ALL of me! I shine God! She chose (and chooses!) to shine her full light for no reason and let her world put on their sunglasses if need be.
Having facilitated 1000’s of people to shine at all stages on their path, from leaders of 100K+ organizations to brand new entrepreneurs to young people and children, Heather has embraced her role as a pioneer in being brand new and living her Untethered Life while empowering others.
Her clients come to her feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, discouraged, uncertain, and stuck. They leave feeling lighter, more peace, and powerful joy.

Heather has developed several courses to support you in shining your light and sharing your creative genius with your world.
Heather loves God, sacred languages, books, coffee, cosmic conversations, and exploring the secrets of the universe with her husband and six kids.
